From the Principal

Dear Salazar Parents,

Although our schedules have been jammed pack with Destination Imagination competitions, TAKS testing, Breakfast with Dads, the Spelling Bee, the Science Fair, Little Olympics practice, and Texas Public School Week, the roadrunners managed to take some time to enjoy some learning experiences with field trips to the King Ranch and the USS Lexington. The Salazar staff has been reinforcing the student’s choice to be responsible and to be accountable for their own learning. But as we make the final stretch to the end of the year, we want to encourage all our parents to stay involved in your child’s education. Please make sure your child arrives to school on time and attends school everyday. This will ensure they have every opportunity to learn! Thanks for all your support, together we will succeed.
